NEVER LANDING DRONES

Our Mission

is to automate aerial inspections in a way that is
cost effective, safe to operate, and sustainable for our environment!

The Problem

Today, power grids, pipelines and railroad tracks usually still have to be inspected on foot or by helicopter. This is not only tedious, but often life-threatening. Maintenance intervals must therefore be reduced to a minimum. Due to climate change, incidents with catastrophic geological effects like wildfires, floods or smog are becoming more frequent. Drones still lack the necessary flight time to help on a larger scale and crashes pose a significant risk especially in populated areas.

The Solution

We solve this problem with autonomous airships.  Barely heavier than air due to their helium filling, their safety is akin to a flying airbag. Their flight time allows your mission to be completed in one go, and our unique propulsion system makes them as maneuverable as a helicopter.

The Data

Ultra high resolutions RGB images can be recorded for the detailed inspection of power poles from a safe distance (see also our pilot project with Netze BW).

Other types of sensors for other types of applications can be integrated on request. Examples are: LiDAR, Infrared, Ultrasound, Gas Sensors e.g. for Methan and many more.
