In this test flight we are pushing the envelope - literally!
Our airship is now fully auto-stabilized in 5 degrees of freedom (roll axis yet to come) and can easily resist the heavy gusts of wind ... that we simulated by pushing against the envelope.
In this first outdoor test we have been super careful, putting the airship on a long leash, choosing nice weather and a strip of grass wind-protected by trees. But as always, we won't stop here!
Our mission is to help inspect and map linear infrastructure more frequently and more environmentally friendly than ever before.
